BECAUSE IT IS TUESDAY . . .

Did you know if you run a mile, hop on your bike and bike hard for 6 miles (hard miles, like uphill grade as fast as you can) and then get off to run again, during that second run you’ll feel like a bobble head doll?

I found that out today, and thought I would share my new experience with you.

  5. Way back in 1986, I did an abbreviated triathlon. The swim was a mile, the bike about 12 miles, and I forget how long the run was but I do remember feeling like a bobble head doll, even though I never go all out as fast as i can at anything. Oh, and I didn’t come up with such a funny description of how I felt ๐Ÿ™‚
