Easter was a big weekend here – still have extra family around to this day, but they’ll all be gone tomorrow. Here are some highlights:
Getting to know each other
Baby dediction . . .
Keeping safe from the sun . . .
Just being cute . . .
Keeping up with the sports scores even in Yellowstone . . .
Riding on ‘ shoulders looking at the “balcanos”
Sucking the thumb – a new skill . . .
Getting special braids . . .
Playing with the water
And while some went to the hotel pool . . .
Others of us went here to treat the foot that stepped on a nail – and that dang nail came right up through the top of the foot – ouch!
Would it be a real holiday without a young one falling asleep at the table?
Playing in the dirt was a favorite.
As was kissing the baby.
Some just enjoyed looking out at the view from the porch.
Even the chickens joined in on the fun . . .
Learning to clip the wing feathers . . .
Gathering eggs was a big source of joy for a certain three-year-old!
A night out for dinner suited us all well!
Sister time is always nice!
And more of that baby kissing!
Followed by the only natural thing for a man to do – go shoot and teach your daughter to do the same.
Or just throw the ball for the dog might be a great thing too!
Flying kites was pretty good too!
Photo-bombing mom was pretty popular too.
And making new friends brought some joy.
One more day of family fun, and we are all full of joy!
